The future seems so unsure.
So my friend from college is opening his very own dance studio with a couple of friends! His name is Reborn and if I were to explain why that name it would take forever and I might explain it wrong but anyways, congratulations!
I’ve decided to get him a present and what would be more convenient and relatable other than putting my design thoughts into a cap. You know, how dancers, they all wear caps…. or not cause I don’t know, I’m not a dancer but yeah. I hope he likes it!
On Cloud Nine; Acrylic + white marker.
This deck was my first ever “real" deck. I got it when I was 16 and I remember my mom bought it for me. I mean she bought me all my other old cheap decks but this is one pretty expensive one. I hated the design, I’m sorry and so I ditched it for a couple of years. Then now, I’ve finally decided to paint it.
It wasn’t my initial design. I wanted clouds but I imagined it way differently. I enjoyed drawing it though. It was really fun especially when I couldn’t sleep lately (which is really rare cause I sleep alot.) It was painted on both sides. I’m going to grip it with a clear grip tape which I’m really excited to get. I haven’t bought it yet but yeah…
PS : I hope I didn’t disrespect any Buddhist or whoever for the first picture. I never wanted to offend anyone. I’m Buddhist myself. Peace.
Also, I want to thank her for supporting all my stupid little dreams.
Streetlights + Long exposure.
These were taken in 2009. Back then when I first got my DSLR and I was all young and experimental. Most of it were taken while I was driving. Literally one hand on wheel the other on the camera. Please don’t do that, it’s dangerous. I’m lucky nothing happened.
